Hayabusa Research publishes independent investment research on public equities, macroeconomics, and market structure. These disclosures explain the limitations of our research, our use of research tools, and potential conflicts of interest.

Research Purpose

Our content is provided for informational and educational purposes. It does not constitute individualized investment advice, an offer to buy or sell securities, or a solicitation to enter into an investment transaction.

Hayabusa Research does not act as your investment adviser, broker-dealer, fiduciary, attorney, or tax adviser. Our analysis does not account for your individual financial circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance.

Investment Risk and Research Judgments

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Our research includes opinions, estimates, forecasts, valuation ranges, and scenario probabilities based on information available at the stated date. These involve assumptions and uncertainty; actual outcomes may differ materially.

Research Tools and Human Review

AI-assisted tools may support evidence gathering, data processing, research organization, source comparison, modeling, thesis testing, and editorial preparation.

These tools can produce errors, omissions, or incorrect interpretations. Material research conclusions are subject to human review and judgment. Responsibility for published research remains with Hayabusa Research.

Hayabusa Research’s principals, contributors, or affiliates may hold long or short positions in assets discussed in our publications.
